As a Doctorum patient, you may now order your medication easily and conveniently via the prescription form on this page or by phone at 0720 150 757, provided the medication is registered with us.
This will save you unnecessary travel and waiting times for appointments. You will receive your prescription within one business day as an e-prescription on your e-Card to be collected at your pharmacy.
Should you require new medication, please book a new appointment here.
Please note narcotics or narcotic substitution prescriptions cannot be ordered online!
Important Information Regarding ELGA:
For us to be able to enter your medication into ELGA, please note that it is necessary that you come to our practice once per quarter. Alternately, you may extend the ELGA authorization period for us in your ELGA portal.
If you are not yet a patient at Doctorum, we unfortunately cannot issue you with an online prescription. Please schedule an in-person appointment with us so you can benefit from the best possible medical care and service in the future, and enjoy the convenience of filing prescription requests online.

Even without an appointment, you are welcome at our practice at any time during opening hours.
Please note that patients with an appointment are given priority. Therefore, we recommend making an appointment in advance. To keep your waiting time as short as possible, we especially recommend booking an appointment for non-acute ailments.
